Maybe he was talking about return rates. It could take 4 hours and you don't hook up to obd2

Maybe hes thinking return rates? We all know you can check balance rates with our monitors at the obd2 port but thats only telling part of the story. I was told the same thing about return rates and that they didnt wanna waste the time so i walked out the door and decided to keep my stuff far away from the dealer.

I asked twice for the balance rates. Really 3 times if you count yesterday. Either way, the guy is a dick. How else can we get his balance rates?

aside from still wanting that asshat fired....

its really simple for you to check his balance rates, and it wont cost you a dime. You have an insight CTS. all you have to do is unhook it from your truck, hook it to his, read the balance rates, put it back in your truck. It will not erase your data, backgrounds, gauges or anything from your monitor.

Enter your vin ? it just reads your vin through the OBD2 like any generic scan tool

Never had to do that with mine. Iv hooked up to other trucks countless times.

Maybe you should call Edge and ask, they have pretty good customer service. I still dont think it would have any issues.
