Fascinating that each engine has it's own 'tune' according to the measured flow rates of the injectors.

Yup. They try to make sure every engine is running to its full potential (within spec that is). That's how they avoid producing JUNK...

People are always talking about how reliable Hondas or Toyotas are. So why would a diesel with a little Japanese engineering be a bad thing. Besides these D-max haters don't have a leg to stand on. Since the reliability of these motors have been proven time and time again.

haha, very funny I actually thought ford was the only one that did that (flow rate the injectors)....I guess you're never to old to learn.
