| 2008 Duramax Diesel 6.6l problems? Has anyone ever experienced any type of problem with theirs? If so, what was the problem? Also, are the fuel injectors internal or external? Thanks. |

| I'm not currently having any problem. I've been looking at them for a while and can get tomorrow and I've just been trying to find out any type of problems with them. I know the old internal injectors leaked fuel if the seals went bad so that's why I wanted to know if they kept them internal. Thanks. |

| rear axel seal at 5000k but thats the extent of issues i've had, if your looking for fuel mileage either delete the dpf or dont buy a duramax.. haha.

| All diesels have DPF's, not just Duramaxs, they are federally mandated.

| I have not had any problems at all with anything mechanical in nature. I've only had a problem with the top windshield seal flapping at highway speed. The dealer glued it down, and that's now gone. This has been a great truck!!

| No problems yet except for having a DPF still on it.
