| if you are deciding between the LB7 and LLY i would personaly go with the LB7,it's known for better fuel economy other then the injector porblem it has been a almost trouble free engine and don't get me wrong the LLY is a sweet engine as well but they did have some over heating problems so thats the one thing you wanna remeber buying that you may have to do cooling upgrades but not all ofem need this done to it,but like it was mentioned above the best setup is the LBZ/6SP Ally..
the reason you see more LB7 with high hp is # 1,they were the first out but secondly they have the most internal engine upgrades avalible and they seem to like the bigger power better then the LLY,LBZ and LMM.
ps the LB7 has a 7YR/200K mile warranty on the injectors.
