i was looking at autozones gaskets and the lb7's gasket hole are oval kinda vs the lly that is rectangle. but i guess if the bolt distance/pattern is the same it should fit for the most part right?

well that was easy and i have only been looking for a year now, got my egr block plate for the lly (i have an lb7) in today along with the "Water In Fuel Sensor Wrench" and he combined shipping and reduced the price.ebay seller (04_duramax) my egr has been stuck open for a long time but not anymore, thanks 4 the help guys
