Not the point. Ever since I have been driving I've had 4X4 85 chevy 3/4 ton. Never have had this vibration.

Sounds like you cranked up the t-bars too much. Steep cv driveshaft angles will make vibrations at high speeds.

There turned up a little but not much. The truck still sits up higher in the rear.

Have you checked your wheel hubs? Jack the front off the ground and then try to rock the tire at 12 and 6. If there is movement, change the hub.

It could be as stated above..your torsions are cranked too much too.

Do what ob_1jr said. It should be either one of those. If its not the hubs, crank down the t-bars. If it continues, replace the cv driveshaft. How many miles are on your truck and how often do you drive it in 4x4?

Torsion bars are not up much at all. Wheel hubs would vibrate even in 2wd.

ok dont take our suggestions. I had the same exact thing happen and it didnt vibrate very bad until i put it in 4wd and then it felt like the front end would come apart. it is a simple check...just do it.

Alright, definitely not the t-bars or cv driveshaft. Check the hubs, see if you hear a growling noise while driving. It should sound like a bearing going bad with no grease in it.
