A buddy of mine (who has a Ford Powerstroke) was mentioning something about installing an International T-Stat into his truck to run the motor a little hotter, and to gain better performance.
I do understand that there are two T Stats (one opening at 82*, and the other at 85* C)
My question is, would this be the same type of concept for my car?
