Front end clunking noise when turning??

I have an 07 LMM with 6" pro comp lift. Within the last couple weeks, the truck started making a clunking noise in the front end when turning the wheel (mostly happens when im turning the wheel to the right). I greased every alamite I could find and no change. I got under the truck and had someone turn the wheel and I cant pinpoint where it is coming from. Its almost like a popping sound while turning to the right. I also jacked the front wheels off the ground and tried it and nothing. It only clunks when on flat ground. Any ideas??

Thanks

It's a body mount. Dealership has a bulletin on that. go to the dealershit and ask them to to it and look at the bulletin. they put a shim between the body and mount. I had a link on that i think it was called front end clunk or front end issue.

Thanks for the link! I read through the entire thread and it seems as if I have a different noise than the one you described. Mine is more towards the passenger side and ONLY clunks when im turning the wheel. It sound like its coming from somewhere around the passenger side of the steering stabalizer. It mostly does it when im turning the wheel to the right. No noise at all when im on the road. It is loudest when im sitting still and turn the wheel to the right.
