Code P2610

When i went for lunch today my engine light was on, I checked it and it was P2610=ECM timing off. I have my ppe set on level 3. Every thing runs fine. Does anyone know what causes this code to appear.

I believe having the key on too long will set this code. I used to get it all the time when tuning with my triple dog. It would always be there after tuning. Erase it and it wouldn't come back. It seems to be a common problem. Hope this helps.

I've had the same problem. I reset it like stated and I haven't seen it.
