I'm trying it in my 06 LBZ. So far, with the 80 tune, i got a bump from 14 to 16 mpg city and only about a 17.5 mpg highway up from 17. With the 40 tune, i lost on highway by about a 1/2 mile and am only getting 15.5 mpg city. Not the 4-7 mpg bump advertised. I'm within the 10000 mile / six month return and will probably send it back for a refund.

Dump it and go with the PPE 90hp tune... A exhaust will help a little too.
I went from 15-16/18-20 to 17.5-18/22-24:rockin

'07 LBZ with Duramileage Programmer
I'm running the 80 ECON tune, went from 17.5 to 21.5 hwy @70mph(20@80)
From 10 up to 11.5-14 towing depending on load and grade
getting 24mpg Hwy at 60mph consistant and that is hand calculated, go above 60 and it falls off fast
This setting also gives cosiderable power
The DIC settings are skewed higher than normal, gals used are skewed lower, makes mileage look better
other tunes were marginal
40 Econ was a waste
50 Econ maybe 1mpg
60 Econ about 1mpg
70 Econ about 2mpg
90 power doesn't run as good as the 80 Econ
most likely has to do with the opps , I did not do the upgrades
only one glitch, the EGR throws a code with the EGR blocked.

Well, fix one problem and creat another. Fixed the EGR problem, but now a different code and also mileage has dropped since new code. I think it is time to put this back in the box and ship it back for a refund. EFI is the next step.

Have been running the 70 tune for about a year now. Getting 17.5 hand calculated at the pump pretty regularly on mostly highway runs. Recently started running in 5th vice 6th and got 19.5 with 2200 RPM and 285 wide tires. Friend with a five speed said this might help and it seems to. Also tried to change the tune to an 80 or 90, but not getting any indication from the unit when I plug it in per the directions. Not sure what the problem is, but have an e-mail to Duramileage to fine out.

Bought mine two years for milage improvement, waste of money, now sits under my seat and is expensive code reader. Do all your calculations long hand, don't trust dic, or anything that duramilage claims. Phil 2003 2500 hd stock.
