I do not know from first hand experience, but I have heard that it can improve throttle response on even a stock vehicle. I have not heard anything about whether it will improve mileage.

It will help the CP3 form having to do all the work...Plus with the right brand of pump you can have the benefit of added fuel filtration.

I don't think there would be enough of a difference for you to notice, but it will take the load off of the $2000 cp3 pump.

I am with Big Red I do not think you will see much of a differance in MPG but it will help extend the life of your CP3.

Don't know if this helps, but if I had the money right now, I would have a Lift Pump and Water/Meth kit. If you have the money, why not ensure the life of your truck? Plus when people say "What do you have running under that hood"? A lift pump can strike some good conversation!

True. What pump were you looking at to run. I am running a PPE pump and love it.

I know this has probably been ground into the dirt by now, but what is a good lift pump with filtration and water/fuel separation built in? About how much is a person looking to spend on one?
