I have a buddy who runs Kerosene in his D-Max... i know it is against the law but other than that is there any problems with it?

Don't know about in the truck, but I know for sure my grandfather used to run a pretty heavy kero/diesel mixture in his tractor with no problems. This was of course when kero was very very cheap. Not sure what it costs now. Would be cool to know how good this works.

kero is 3.69 diesel is 4.81

You will also see that kero burns hotter also,be careful..

Ya what daddysLBZ said!

I heard some places have clear kerosene? I know it burns hotter and there is less lubrication in it so the injectors will wear ALOT faster. I'd actually think it would be rather safe to run say 1/3 tank of kero with the diesel. Around here though kero id only 40-50 cents cheaper so it wouldnt even be worth the aggrivation to save a few $$$$$$
