Need Help

So earlier yesterday i was driving my truck in this hot weather we've been getting in western mass...(which is unusual), anyway i had my ac crankin and i shut it off when i got home... Went to go turn my truck on 3 hours after and nothing is blowing out.. I tried to see if its a fuse but i'm not really sure which fuse is for the blower... but i'm getting nothing from 1-5 blower speed.. I don't know if the whole system is shot..??? i hope i don't have to replace it.... could get expensive..

Hmm What year is your truck? I know on the older years there was a resistor in the circuit that went bad. But, usually the fan would work on like 3-4-5? IIRC the part was around $30 so it wasnt to expensive.

Check the blower motor itself as well. I think you can get to the blower pretty easy. If you can get a test light and see if its geting power!

I found out the problem was corrosion in the wire harness next to the blower... Apparently this happens a lot in the gm trucks. My buddy just had the same problem.

That or I load pics into photobucket.com they give you a image code that you copy paste in your post on here. Really simple!
