I second the motion on the valve. its sounds like theres not sufficiant pressure to keep it in the gear your pulling uphill.

X3 on that. But with 190k I doubt your under any warranties anymore!!!

It doesnt down shift, it just goes into limp mode.

THe warrenty will not be an issue, I have friends in the right places.
