It wouldn't matter to me. I don't take advantage of other people's mistakes. I figure I can't expect any more from others than I do from myself. If the decimal place had been the other way I would have expected them to fix it.
I'm sure most of us here are the same. Still, it's a conversation maker.
When I was a kid they had things called gas wars. What typically happened is that a major would build a new station in town and open it with spectacularly low prices. They would drive all of the independents out of business and then jack the price up to make their money back. I saw gas at 13 cents several times. Saw 11 cents once. The going rate was mid twenties. I don't remember diesel because I was a kid and didn't care.
