I have heard that the LLY one will fit the LB7's

i was looking at autozones gaskets and the lb7's gasket hole are oval kinda vs the lly that is rectangle. but i guess if the bolt distance/pattern is the same it should fit for the most part right?

Right. I have not confirmed that myself, but I know I have read that somewhere
