I love all of the Bully Dog stuff, and aside from it being overly expensive, you get exactly what they say you will get.

After running PPE I would never go back to bully dog. I liked it when i had it, but there is no comparison. The bully dog was inconsistant, one time it would run great, the next would be slow.

I'm driving an "02" 3500og with a new filter and exhaust. I did have an "Edge" chip but after two engine shutdowns, at highway speeds, with two different chips am a little skeptical. Have thought about the trying a triple dog but need some reasurance. Anyone use a Bully Dog or any other chip/programer that has not caused them to grow gery hairs. I found the exhaust and air helped gain some power and improved milage.

Would it be a bad idea to take the air box cover off and leave it off? Are there any little things i can do to improve the mileage of the truck? Thanks

Take it off and hold it up to a light. You can see through the filter. That is why they get so much flow. This will kill the turbo over time.
