Yes, you can do it with the controls on your steering wheel and the DIC. Scroll through the options until you see the automatic lock, and you can turn it off, enable it when shifted out of park, or when the engine is started if I remember correctly.

I have mine set to unlock when I take the keys out of the ignition. I like it because that is when I'm ready to get out, when I take the keys out. It's never pissed me off like the other settings.....

On the new models (LMM) you can not turn it off. You can change when it locks and unlocks buy you can not turn it off completely that I know of. I have mine set to lock when it reaches a certain MPH. But it will not unlock until you put it back in park.
I did not know that...On the 06 the option is lock when 1. Key out.......2. With speed......3.Unlock in park,then 4th is unlock driver only in park..I was not aware they made that change..Good to learn of that though!
Then you can totally disable the door lock delay.....Thanks for the info bud!!
