dash lights flickering

I have an intermitten problem with my dash lights flickering. It doesn't happen al the time but seams to happen more when the headlights are on. I have no bad grounds or burnt fuse's that i can find. Does anyone have an idea on where to look? This is on the 09 duramax

Mine do that every so often and my problem is in the switch itself.

That may be a sign of your alternator taking a poop on you.

im not talking like a momentary dimming of the lights... im talking full blown dash lights flickering on and off rapidly...I'll put it this way. If i had epilepsy i would have been sent into countless seizures.

Hmm sometimes on mine when I move the dimmer switch just a tad it will go from dim to like full blast but if I move it up towards brighter a tad more it dims down but not as much as before. Thats why I guess it was your switch.
