| Replacing Leather Seat Cover Anyone had to replace the driver's side bottom seat cover? Mine is tore pretty bad and I just ordered the bottom cover and armrest skin... How big of a P.I.T.A. is it to replace or do I just need to send it to an upholstery shop..

| it wasn't to terrible on my 08. if it clips in the same on the foam, there are little orange clips that you have to becareful with or you'll tear them out of the foam. there a 3 big clips on the bottom side of the seat that have to come loose to. i'll try and find the thread that helped me on another forum

| I'm getting my foam built up on the exit side since its pretty flat and the middle stitch repaired, since it recently ripped. The guy quoted me $150. I think that's pretty reasonable. I have leather btw. I would take it to get a quote at least... And then make your decision.

| I installed Katskin front seat covers on my 04 about a week ago it took about a day that's including a nap while waiting on a seat heater to show up at Advanced Auto. I purchased my covers from J&D Upholstery(662-335-5160) they sale just the bottoms and pads if thats all you want, I decide I wanted all new fronts. I also ordered a new bottom driver seat pad and had to weld up my seat pan due to it being broken. Seat covers $585 bottom pad $90 S/H $20 Total $695 Here's a link to their installation videos 02 Chevy bottom - YouTube The Seat Shop also had some great how to videos.
