Replace Cabin air filter.

I have a 2007 2500 hd, crew cab, lt, lbz and I cant find my cabin air filter. smells like shit

please help

there isnt one, i don't think. i wanted to the the same, and i was told that cabin filters stopped in 04.

yeah thats what the guys at the dealership said but i just thought he was sayin that cause he was a lazy f%$K..... so theres no filter whaso ever? how does that work?

They actually stopped before 03 cause I do not have one either, but that Dumb azz at autocrap sold me one anyways.... there are vents that are between the cab and the bed and if the flapper is bad you could be getting some stink from out side. Take a look my 1/2 ton was missing one, and it only took 5 people saying it was to darn cold to ride back there before I even looked..

ohh i've seen those little guys... who has a filter for them? Stealership? how much does it cost and how much "good" will it do?

There is no filter on then just a rubber flap that allows air to exit the cab, but is suppose to not allow air from the outside back in. Think about it your heater pulls in air from the outside, and it needs somewhere to go and that is where it is released.

most likely mold on the evaporator, alot of people have a habbit of shuting there truck off without drying the evap FIRST,, causing mold and weird smells
