Heated Seats working/not

Its getting cold here in NY.. and the lady loves those heated seats because im always sweating. I turned them on last night, and in a few minutes they just shut off the lights on the door. After driving a few minutes I figured to just push it again and they would go to HIGH, and if I hit it again nothing happened then they just shut off again. After a third time they came on for a while and I started to notice heat but then they shut off again and you can hit the button all day long nothing lights up or happens.

When they work they only work together, as in when they turn on its not just the left or right seat its both get power and then they both shut off at the same time. I could see if only one wasn't working or what

HELP ME OUT IM FREEZIN MY A$$ OFF! Its like 40 or less at night now and I like a warm but on the way to work!

they shouldnt, since the DPF doesnt directly effect it, I would have some words to give them if they cut your warrenty because of it, but I have heard the procedure for new seats is pretty dam expensive around 800$, I never had to pay for it done in my truck since I bought it about 3 months ago, and they just went out, im dreading going into the dealer

Hmmm one thing that you may not know...when the dealer changes the part it is warrantied for 12 months/12,000 miles. I dont know about the heater elements and such, but it would be worth a shot. If they wont fix them, get aftermarket ones. they are cheaper and better. Mine i can leave on, remote start my truck, and then get in and the seats feel good.
