Edge Evolution CS Size

Hi can anyone tell me if the physical size of the edge evolution CS monitor is the same as the original evolution. I want to get one of those overhead mounts but i'm not sure it will fit in the mount that is available right now for the original monitor. I don't have the monitor yet either so i can't check myself.
Thanks

It fits in the same POD as the original Evo. If I can help let me know.

Thanks for the info, do you guys know if anyone has installed the CS version in the overhead console? i got some info from Edge themselves and they said the cables from the the CS are larger and might be a problem routing them in the tighter confines of this area. I think it would look awesome there but can't compare just how much bigger the cables are and how much room there is in the overhead console.

Though it will look kind of cool up there, functionality sucks. I like to keep things where I can look at them quickly without having to take my eyes off the road. A dash pod is a much better place to put it.

I agree with Nate overhead is clean and tucked away, but very hard to take a quick look up at it, especially since it is digital. With mechanical gauges you know what you temps are based on sweep location.

A-pillar with CS

Just mounted mine yesterday in an Attitude A-pillar mount. Filled the factory hole behind the monitor with resin, and cut a hole that would accomodate the CS wires (since they are different than the Attitude)

Adhered the pillar to a factory GM pillar, and made appropriate cuts to run wires down the factory wiring. Pretty easy, and pretty good looking. Hope this helps!

Not to hijack the thread but this is where the search led me, I too have been wondering about doing a custom mount does anyone have the exacy LxWxH of the CTS?

Thanks

Just curious but how are the wires different that you had to modify the holes?
