I just bought a 06 Duramax. I have the OEM stereo in my 06 with Bose speakers. Who makes this stereo, I have a Medialink box for IPOD installed and canot get it to work with IPOD, I do not know what cable the IPOD needs as I do not know the stereo brand.

I think delphi makes them....if I was at home I could tell you since I have a factory radio sitting in a box. bose and non-bose headunits are identical, they are just programmed differentely. bose headunits have the internal amp shut off and use an external amp.

It is a GM radio. I have seen some people have trouble using their IPOD with these units. Contact your local car audio place(small shop not best buy) or give Crutchfield.com a try. I have bought most of my stuff in the past from them. They even have a helpline. Good Luck
