actually i am new to the whole diesel thing in general. i have a chevy s-10 right now and just bought an 03 2500 hd CC with the duramax just waitingfor the loan. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to figure out what motor i have, what transmission, what gears ... really any info that would help wen it comes time to buying parts or just in general.
