UPDATE: Thanks for all your advice, I ended up buying the truck for 11k out the door. It had 110k miles on it. The only problems were the bed where a tool box rests was cracked.
I've modded it a little bit. Painted the stock rims gloss black, painted the lower part of the front bumper gloss black and the insert of the bumper gloss black. Also put on a 5' turbo back straight pipe, and a bully dog gt. Very happy with the truck so far.
