Thumbs up Gasuout found duramax forum

Hey guys just found the site, looks cool.
Will be coming in here to play now that I found it.

My name is John and just wanted to introduce myself.

Im not the usual, racing the kodiak at the track with all the ponies gets the attention of all the ricers thats for sure.

To out 60 ft. all of them with a 12,000 lb. truck really pisses them off. Duramax Power all the way.

Loaded 20 pics in garage.Sand dunes,Drag Racing and Towing. Some cool pics ck them out.

See you all around the threads

Thumbs up ATS converters really hold up.

Thanks Guys,

Its been a blast racing the Kodiak, and wish I had more vids.Truely I have over 300 time slips on it and only about 10 video's.Some of the best races were missed, wish I had vids of some of the ricers and mustangs that were sent to the bench.....This duramax has really shined at how a heavy truck like this can thump on some cars that should just walk on me.

And Bryan......I have been running ATS converters since day one,use to run your triple disc for about two years and it never broke and held up to launchs well, now Ive been running the 5 star for about a year and been very abusive to it.The 5 star just went through a trans demo where I was out in dirt lot with some boys from socal black smoke doing some brodies and the trans locked up and broke the input shaft off in the converter......yikes.

I took the trans out 3 weeks ago took to PPE opened it up and replaced the input shaft with suncoast billet,P2 planetary(twisted splines),C2 clutch hub(twisted splines also)and c3 clutchs that werent that bad but replaced since open. Was exspensive the shaft and planets.Through the 5 star back in same one and went to Glamis Sand dunes for week and a half.Everyday beatin on the truck runnin the sand drags going up Oldsmobile hill everyday and puttin 675 miles on it in the sand. The ATS converters have held up to all the torture I give them and more.

I also tow huge loads daily on your guys torque converter, all I have to say is there the only thing I havnt broke . Good Product is all I can say...Thanks because I know the converter is the heart of laying down all this power.

Thanks ATS

Gasuout

dont think anyone could torture your converters more than I do,I wont run anything else, they hold up !
Thanks for the great product.

If our converters are holding up that well to your abuse, imagine how well our transmissions hold up!!! Glad to hear you are so happy! Let me know if you have any questions!!
