We have a couple flatbeds for local stuff (lumber, machinery,) we run open-tops, walking-floors, and 53' dry vans. We haul saw-dust and wood-chips into Kingsford charcoal here in Belle, then we haul the finished product (bagged charcoal) everywhere. And yeah, 28 trucks is usually about 27 trucks too many. I know you know what I mean. Are about half of your drivers cry-babies? lol. Look up the post titled "cow truck". I posted it a week or so ago. Shows what a cow does to a Pete !!

Haha yes dealing with crybabies kills me. We have one local driver who's been with us pretty much from the beggining and well they just aren't building house like they were 3-4 years ago and he lets me know it every single day. Went from 6 guys hauling 5-6 loads a day to houses to 2 guys hauling 2-3. I guess you guys run all Petes? We run all late model Internationals 9400's and a couple long nose 9900ix's.

I know what ya mean. I have a handful of "good" drivers. The rest of them are just steering wheel holders.lol Our freight has slowed down alot also. Especially out of Houston, Tx. And yeah, we run mostly Peterbilt.

Haha yes the infamous professional steering wheel holder. Yeah freight has slowed like crazy. We'll have months of dedicated stuff and then we'll have months were we have to look and look for stuff. We will put partials together like crazy if we have to.
