another curious diesel guy

I've owned both a powerstroke 7.3L as well as my current 6.6 Duramax. Trying to extract fact from fiction on some of these fuel booster products. I have a '03 Chevy 2500 HD. Has any one found a license tag bracket that will work on this particular bumper?
