Did my first fill up of the fuel tank.

Got about 11.5 MPG, not as good as I had hoped, but better than my old gas dually.

The power more than makes up for the fuel mileage.

Will the tuners (PPE, Quadzilla, etc) work with the stock exhaust still on?
Still get better mileage with them?

yes they will still work, but if run a higher tune around 50hp and up, it will regen more with stock exhaust and potentailly make mileage worse depending driving style. If you drive with sense you can see better mileage, but if its in budget i would highly consider dpf delete.
