| The transmission temp can also trigger it. There are several different varibles that come into play.

| My truck only kicks the fan on in the morning when I start it up. Other than that, I've never heard it while driving. And since you have the new body style with CATs and DFP...you should look into getting an aftermarket exhaust for better mileage and lower EGT's.
