'nother newb.

hey forum, im new on here....i just bought an 04 duramax, and im looking to do some simple mods to start with. im thinking of starting with an intake system, which ones do you guys prefer?, anyone heard of airforce one performance?

Never heard of that brand most people just save there money by doing the ppe airbox mod, and then do a exhaust and tuner/chip.

I would agree, save the money from the intake and do an exhaust system. You will see more benefits from the exhaust.

Welcome to the forum!!

As was stated, adding a 4" turboback system with a downpipe along with a programmer of your choosing will give you at least 4mpg improvement. Plus, room to grow should you decide to do future mods. Money well spent that will pay for itself in a short amount of time based on fuel savings.

the stock air intake flows just as well and even better then some aftermarket intakes or so of the tests have shown so i wouldn't worry about an intake just yet but doing a exhaust and programmer along with gauges would be first on my list.
