New here .... Lots of questions

Hey there! I'm totally new to this place but I'm loaded with questions so I'm hoping y'all will help me out here. My husband has a 2005 Chevy Duramax. We recently purchased a 5th wheel toyhauler. We have never pulled a 5th wheel before. I know the camper itself is within the weight limit (it only weighs 8100 lbs I think). I'm wondering about how the ride is when we are pulling it. It seems really "jerky" for lack of a better description. Is this due to the weight on the back of the truck?

Also, way off topic here.... can anyone tell me where I might be able to find a diecast Duramax?

Welcome to the site!!!
It will ride a little rough with a toyhauler in tow. There are some things that can help with the ride though. You can put some airbags on the rear of the truck to help support the weight. Also look into sulastic springs, they are a big help. Here is a video on the sulastic springs:

Also lookup Hook'em_Horns! . He tows for a living and will have some good pointers for helping with the ride.
