| Buddy Looking at buying an 07 LLM Have a friend who is looking at an LLM. He lives in Philly (PA) and was curious about Diesel Inspection. Anyone know?? The truck he's looking at has an aftermarket exhaust and from what he was told the Cat was removed. Not sure about the DFP the salesman only know enough to mention the missing Cat.

 | Emissions testing varies by County in PA. I'd tell him to first see if emissions is required and if it is then its a matter of where or whoever inspects it. Since you said salesman I have to guess he's looking at a dealer, if thats the case make sure they have it inspected. If they inspect it and sell it that way he shouldn't have any issues.

| Well he bought it! I didn't get to take the ride with him so I tried to coach him over the phone what to look/not look for. He never found any sort of tuner so I am wondering if it has EFI. I had him check for connections un the hood by the bail connectors and OBD2 port and nada. Are there any other programmers/tuners that can tune out DPF? I never even thought to mention the EGR. Oh well... He seems to be enjoying it, not that I'm surprised. Anyone have a pic of a DSP switch in common locations, I'll have him take a look?

| UPDATE: Truck has an H&S XRT Pro. Any advice, other than don't update it
