| UDP or Nicktane? Been wanting to do a Cat fuel filter adapter for a while but don't know which to get. I'm concerned about all the guys who have had leaks with the Nicktane. Anyone have any thoughts about which is better?

| ADP. Alligator has one. 85$ w/ a filter. I have one and love it. ATP also carries the ADP adapter

| I heard the UDP had the leak problem not the Nicktane. Nicktane has been in production for years before anybody else came along to steal the Nicktane idea and reproduce his adapter. One thing I would like to point out is that the UDP was a raw finish adapter and the Nicktane is anodized to protect the adapter from corrosion from the diesel fuel. Go with the original and know that your getting the original design backed by the company that developed it. just my opinion  We sell the Nicktane products if you want to get it.

| Nictane issues - You have to take the filterhead apart to do it.... that sucks UDP/ADP one - just put it on.... seeing as how UDP's is more expensive and they don't support the forum I would go with ADP and get it for 85 with the filter and an Alligator diesel sticker  |

| I have a nictane and it wasnt hard to take the spring and ball out. No complaints with the nictane adapter.
