I just bought an 02 2500 LB7, 125k miles, and sure enough, after a couple weeks, I started to smell fuel. You guessed it: misting and dripping out of my crankcase vent. I'm pretty bummed out about it. One of the reasons I wanted the earlier Dmax is that I spend alot of time off road mining, and wanted to run heating oil deisel. I wish I had done more homework. I have considerable funds available. So i'm wondering if i should (or can?) buy a crated LLY, or just plan on replacing the injectors every 80k. I'm told it's about $5k+ for injectors parts and labor. any advice?
