2 hours flat.....and I don't usually do trans work. The valve body looks a little intimidating when you drop the pan....and could they have used any more bolts...holy crap. Not bad at all though.....be prepared to wear some ATF....it just keeps raining down out of the trans.

Couple new pics here....

I was really pretty surprised....once you crack the pan the rest seems pretty self explanatory....

did u have to change your internal filter? Also did u reuse ur draint fluid, or did u put in new fluid? if so, how many quarts of fluid does it take?

I inspected the filter very thoroughly.....looked like new....but I changed the fluid to some amsoil Torque Drive...10 quarts later with a new spin on filter I was all set....

Put in NEW!! It's not worth getting contaminants in there and causing problems. Also change your internal filter while your in there. This kit will help, but it is not bulletproof. You still have to be easy on the higher gears, but it will help with the 110 tune.

My internal filter had 5000 miles on it and the fluid looked like new.....I wasn't sweating reusing the internal....

Can you actually feel a difference in the shifts.... I really don't like the firm shifting

Does the shifting get even firmer when you have it in tow/haul with the trango jr?
