    Sorry to bug you, but I have googled and searched multiple forums looking for an answer, and you seem to be the guy who might know. I have a 2013 Sierra SLT 4x4 Crew Cab. VIN: 3GTP2WE72DG195036

    I am wondering which Bose system I have. I suspect it is the standard Bose System, and not the luxury system. I do not have a center channel speaker on my dash. I do not have navigation. I am wondering whether the Bose AMP in my truck does any processing, and whether or not the audio outputs of my headunit are low level RCA, and whether or not my AMP does any processing. I am just trying to figure out what my Audio System upgrade options are. I was looking to just add an amplifier to bypass my Bose AMP, for now, but I eventually may be looking to also upgrade the headunit. Thanks!

    hello can you help me? i own a 2004 dmax allison 4x4, out of nowhere it has started kicking into neutral from 5th gear,if i run it real hard,and keep the throttle mashed hard it wont do it,i changed the nsbu switch,both filters today,fresh mercon iv,still doing it,i had a code that said,5th gear location error,cleard that with my scanner,there was nothing in the pan,any help would be much appreciated,thank you

    Are you gonna help me out with this lockup box or should i just get rid of it and get an ATS Commander or something?
    I know we don't see eye to eye but the customer just wants his truck right

    Hey man,

    Was reading through some old forums and it seemed you'd be the guy to ask

    So, I am doing the stereo in my 2010 sierra crew slt and am replacing the head unit throwing some subs in and all that good stuff.

    While I was at it I figured hey can I make these component speakers sound better?

    Can I simply swap out the premium amp for a Lux amp and use Metra's GMOS-LAN-012 and have it work?

    I assume I need a 03-06 Denali amp, before it got that center channel

    Or would it be better not to screw with it and just tear it all out for aftermarket at a later date if I decide to do so?

    I pm'd you last night, can you email me back? I provided you with my email to do so. I asked about pump shim upgrades and lock up valves and transgo kit for an 05 holding 80hp and be reliable. Thank you.

    Hello I am having the white smoke at idle issue with my 2002 duramax LB7. The injectors are all in spec the worst of them all is -2.7 on injector 7 and the highest is 2.6 on injector 2. My mechanic thinks it may be the EFI live program. So were going to change the TCM back to the stock one and see. The fuel fliter is new and the oil change just done. I am thinking its the FPR but he dosent think so. My question is you were saying somthing about the wiring.? could you maybe guide us in the right direction. I am in Barrie ON. Canada and a good diesel guy is hard to find were learning as we go.

    I was reading your response to swaping a 6.0 to duramax and allison. This is something I'm planning to do in the near future. I'm provably going to use and 04 suburban 2500 4x4 and what I'm understanding everything will pretty much hook up with the existing body harness except for 3 wires. Do you know what 3 I would have to run from what to where? I haven't decide on which engine I would like to have the 6 speed allison any preference or which holds up the best? thanks

    hey dude what kind of head unit do u have in ur truck i saw it in the pics u posted about the tap shiffter, i was just wondering because it is pretty freakin sweet

    Hey Ben,
    What are the specs for Fuel rail pressure? Mine idles at about 35 Mpa and cruises at about 120 mpa. Mine smokes a little but has a bad fuel knock that goes away when lower the FRP with a solus. The knock isn't one injector it's all of them. I can't isolate any one injector to make it go away. Thanks for any advice.
