    Brian,
I honestly don't know where they cut the pipe to braze the fittings. I'm lucky I guess 'cause I didn't even think about what you are talking about.

Interested in your trans line rework. Do you know where the lines were cut for adding the braze on fittings. Interested in detailed info. Working on the same project but runn into problems with short tube that goes from rad to aux front cooler. Hose flexibility is the prob.

    So far so good.
I did a negative test first. I installed the brake and tail LEDs and got the hyperflash with the OE flasher. Then I put in the new flasher and tested again... No hyperflash.
    Success!

I hear the blocker plate on the LMM is a PAIN!! Anyway, I'm not much good with a wrench. Post it up and offer some beer and I'm sure one of the local guys will help out.

However, I don't think there is a "finger-stick" available for the LMM. That is something you wire in to block the error code from getting to the computer. If you block the EGR you will certainly get a code. You will have to buy a programmer that has the capability of tuning the code out or just live with it.

I think you should first figure out what is causing the CEL light you now have. If you don't have a code reader, goto AutoZone or PepBoys and have them pull the code(s). Then you can search the web or post them here and we'll have a better idea of what is going on.
