Yes sir in channles I think they are the way to go, and no wind noise that I can notice, one thing I like is the fact there's less in cab wind with the windows down
They are awsome, still look brand new, and I love the fact I can roll my window down now and not have to worry about the water on my roof running into my window and onto my window switch
Hey man,
i got my tuning from atptrucks.com. i got a pretuned ecm with a dsp5 locking switch. the pretuned ecm was 300.00 and the locking switch was 65.00. also add a core charge to that for 345.00. once you return your stock ecm in good working order they refund you the 345.00. So it ended up costing me 365 for the tuning and switch. you can get a regular switch for 45$. if you want a pretuned ecm you need to call them and order. it is not on there web sight. i also installed the egr blocker plate at the same time.( you need to tell them you are blocking the egr so the can fix it in the tuning so it wont throw a code)
i would do some reading about up pipes before you dive in. i am not at that point yet so not sure about those.
i am going to be buying a downpipe soon. the new magnaflow or pro fab dp.
whats going on dude, i want to clean my intake, block my egr, get an up-pipe, down-pipe, and an efi live tune. How much did the efi cost you after it was all said and done?
i did mine on a lbz but that is it. i have heard of ppl using a pry bar from the passanger wheel well side. i would not even charge you to help you get it in man.
