Truck has been running like a top. Injectors are good. Balance rate are all under +/-1. Did a bunch of maintenance, fluids/filters at 300k so kinda just rolling down the road right now. Feels nice when there aren't parts sitting on the tool box waiting to be installed.

Hey what's going on seen your truck made it to 302,000 . That's impressive, how are those injectors holding up. Been watching the races here and there. Not as fun watching when the same dam people keep winning thought junior was going to take it at Michigan until the engine popped.

I would love to do an LBZ swap into my LB7. Maybe in a few years when she hits 400k!

Ya I liked my lb7 too but I traded it in for a gas job two months cause diesel was to high then I spent more money in gas. Traded that in for the lbz it's nice truck for a 142,000 on it. And the 6 speed allison is nice too,the motor goes to sleep on the hwy.

Went with the same ones from Merchant. They are the best. Also, replaced the lines from the rail to the injector. Cheaper than the payment on an LML! Even though, still love the truck and fuel mileage.

Wow you had to put another set of injectors in it what seem to be the deal. Looks like you did the proper steps with the 2 micron filter and the additive. Did you end up going with same injectors or did you spend the money for marine injectors.

3626 Fuel 2 micron, you will need to remove the two rubber tabs in the airdog to run these so they snug up to the housing.

I am thinking about going with a CAT 751 instead of the 3626. CAT is 2 micron absolute and should only be about $15. NAPA filter is almost $30. Going to stop by CAT today and grab one and see how it works. Good luck.

Going to be putting in my fourth set in soon. I use additive and have extra filtration. Also, going to replace my fuel line from the rail to the injector. They are know to contribute to the failures as well. The ULSD fuel doesn't help either since our trucks were designed for higher sulfur fuel. But it's cheaper than buying a new one!

Hey Earnhardtfan, Jimmy fan here, but anything Hendrix is good. I see your notes say 288K+ and rolling. How many sets of fuel injectors have you had to put in? Do you use a fuel additive?
