What's the skinny on camping.....Friday only...Saturday?

#32 ·
Saturday only is the camping inside the fairgrounds.... If you can find another place to stay near the campgrounds for friday that would be awesome!!!
he gonna let us run our own trucks or no?
I believe he will!
He has never had a problem with you dynoing your own stuff. DJ is as cool as they come.

There is a place nearby, but would be sweet if they would allow Friday night. Any chance they might let that happen?

#36 ·
Good to know. Also for those that want to camp on friday just off of hwy 8 is a rest stop on the northbound side and you can flip back to southbound easly also there is a campground at the first elma exit go left and its on your right by the fuel station.

#37 ·
That's the one I was referring to, but sure would be nice to set up in one place. I e-mailed the fairgrounds to see if Friday was possible, but the e-mail bounced back saying it was no longer good. I might try to call them tomorrow.

#40 ·
let me know what you find out about Friday night camping! Im going to ask my guy about that and see what he thinks. I dont live up there so its hard for me to go see them to talk with them about it!

I will keep you updated.

Are any of you guys running 600+ hp on fuel?

I called the fair grounds today, and was told Friday won't be a problem, just show up. He did mention there will be electric abailable, but no water. So...whoever would want to can set up on friday, just come with water. Even though I'm close I think I'll come out Friday to just be there. Set up the satellite and it's all good.
