Flowmaster has an awesome sound on gas motors, not sure what they sound like on a Turbo-DMax. Flowmaster has 304 stainless mufflers available, (got it on my 90' SS454) atleast they used to?

I also run a 5" straight pipe. It really isan't loud IMO inside the truck unless you are running WOT. The only time i notice a drone is loaded in 5th gear at around 50-55 mph, after 55 it stops droning.

is there any reason why non of you ran a 4" flowmaster? i loved mine, the only reason i took it off is cuz i wanted stacks.
I also love the sound of MY flowmaster 4" muffler . But I'm really thinking of getting a 5" exhaust stright pipe (silverline likey) or a duel 4" stright pipe. That I want to know what is louder !!! I'm talking hands down!

My Wish list!EFI Live V2,HD tie sleeves, 5" Exhaust, Airdog 150, BD Manifold, Suncoast IV, Water/Methanol injection, AFE cold air induction Guard 7, 71.5 mm cheetah and about 12,000 bucks for the goodies!
I'm too lazy to read the other threads.....but if you don't have an aftermarket exhaust yet.....I personally like welded tips. You don't have to worry about them being stolen or falling off, etc.... Plus the brands with welded tips seem to have a unique look to them...not just the plain jane round circle...
