I like the sound of my straight pipe, but.... there's always space for improvement, and could you point out a good lift pump... dual pumps maybe ?

Silverline is a good exhaust, i just seen straight pipe in your exhaust and thought you had alread bough an exhaust. MBRP, magnaflow, and silverline are the top brands. For you location i think i would go with magnaflow or MBRP SS.
For a lift pump fass, airdog, TTS, are the three brands that i like. The fass is a little on the loud side, but is a very good pump with a lifetime warranty. The airdog is almost the exact same pump, but a little quiter. The TTS is what i run and they are silent. They are also a flow through design so if for some reason they fail the CP3 pump can still pull fuel through them.
For the tunes who did you buy EFI from? Most vendors will set you up 2 tunes with the purchase. If you bought it from someone that doesn't do that then you will either have to learn on your own or find someone that is willing to write you some. You could contact IdahoRob on here. He is a efi live vendor and very good at tuning. I am not sure what he would charge though since you didn't purchase with him.

An exhaust is an exhaust. Im too cheap to actually buy one. So I built a single stack for $180. And now for the winter Im running a 4" silverline I got for free off a buddies cummins. Cost Me $50 for some flex pipe and clamps.
4" is all you need. 5" is throatier. I know a lot of people like MBRPs 5".
It comes down to what name you want and what you want to spend. They are all mandrel bent and all do the same thing.
Now on the lift pumps, I personally am a big fan of the AirDog FP150. I run one myself. Its a really nice pump and I cant hear it when the truck is idling only when the truck is off. It is virtually the same pump as the FASS only smaller and quieter not to mention cheaper. It will run you $539.
Some of you may already know this, but the guy who makes the FASS pump is the son of the guy who makes the AirDog. The AirDog was first but it wasnt known as the air dog, just as the fuel preporator. Then the dad got sick, had to sell the company, in that time his sone built the FASS, then dad bought back his company and marketed the AirDog.
Both pumps allow the truck to run if the pump fails. But the Air Dog isnt a true flow through however it accomlishes the same priciple; Get you home.
Both pumps have lifetime warrenties as well.
The FASS 150/150 has issues if you let the tank go under 1/4. The truck will not run as it will be starved for fuel.
I myself have run my airdog 150 on E a few times and not had problems.
The TTS pump is pretty much the same as Kennedys pump. Kennedy was first, but they both ustilize similar setups.
Air Dog FP150 gets my vote and you will see that a lot of people run them.
However I would suggest doing the tranny before anything. Id put 20 bucks down that you will fry it if you dont build it soon.
