Blackout Performance?

Guys that have recommended Caleb at Black-out performance what did you guys have done to your trucks?
I am undecided whether I want just head studs or a full engine build?

I have a 2004.5 LLY and would like to know what would make this engine run stronger and last longer?

Caleb for anything. He built my trans, does my tuning, and helped me out on my 366 install.

Dustin- with 100k miles would I need new valves? Who cuts the pistons? Do you coat your pistons? Does anyone make a performance crankshaft?
