EZ Tuner

Does anyone have any experience with the "EZ Tuner". The advertisement looks good but I want to here from real people and make sure they are worth the money.

Or if someone could give me some ideas on a good tuner for a better price. I'm looking to get better fuel milage and more power. My truck is stock.

Do you want on the fly changes? You could pick up a used PPE economy or standard for that price, maybe less. Or you could contact some of the vendors that sell EFI Live and you could get a pre-tuned ECM with 5 tunes that are custom made to what you want to do with the truck. also, could you fill out your signature so we know what you have.

Your best option for tuning is going to be EFI Live, it's a little more pricey (around $600 for a good Autocal with DSP5 tunes) but the tuning is custom to your truck and will be much more efficient than any canned tuner like the Edge units.

The truck should have plenty of power for what i want to pull. I dont care about much more than fuel milage. Im 36 and a father of 2 I dont have time for hot rod crap and not interested in being that "look at me"guy. So I guess what Im saying is Im just interested in fuel milage while towing and as a daily driver.

Efi live is your best bet for towing and fuel mileage. I had PPE for awhile it was ok the turbo brake on a Efi live tow tune is worth it on it's own.

Where are you located? Odds are you live fairly close to a quality efi live tuner or shop who resells good tunes. If recommend getting a single tune installed and forgetting about it. A good tow tune should get good mileage with and without the trailer and add a tad more power for pulling that trailer. And odds are that it'll drive better than stock too. Price wise you should be at or under $300 for a single tune flashed into the truck.
