I am new to the site and i was wonderin what mods i need to do to my truck. Its a 02 chevy 2500hd crew cab and I pull a trailer a lot and what size injectors do i need i was thinkin about 100horse but idk. and what would be the best box or efi would be best. its a bonestock truck now.

First off, why are you wanting bigger injectors?

Secondly, what are your plans with this truck. If it is strictly for towing you want to keep the power stock, add exhaust and an intake.

We classify injectors by % over stock. Hp is for ford and dodge boys

take some time and read through some posts. everyone has their own opinion on what they do or what is best. This is a great site for learning the difference between mods. If you are new to the diesel world do some searches before you make changes. It is easy to put power to the truck but hard to fix when you do it wrong

im looking for more power and better fuel milage cause stock just dont cut it.

I pull a 35 ft trailer with 18 rolls of hay and barely have enough power to pull over hills

Your asking for trouble by adding power while towing that much weight. Your transmission is going to hate you. Your fuel mileage isn't going to be the best towing that much weight.

Do you have another truck that has towed this same trailer with load? How does it compare?

you dont need to put in bigger injectors. stock injectors can make 500-550hp with good tuning. With the lb7 the injectors have been know to be a very common failure. but you will blow through a tranny towing that much weight with 50-90 horsepower over stock.

i had a 96 dodge with the pump turned and it done about the same.
