Raptor 150 lift pump problems

so today i start my truck let it warm up for a half hour take off to go to work truck has no power and dies in the drive way and i find that my lift pump is not running and the fuse is blown change the fuse and it blew again i took the pump apart thnking it is plugged but it wasnt so i put it back in and it worked the now on the way home it blew another fuse any body else have these kinda problems with a raptor lift pump any ideas why its blowing fuses

The only other thing I could think of is a restriction from the pickup side or maybe the filter clogging causing the pump to strain. I heard you could take the guts out with an allen wrench and it is flow through, might be an easy way to test restriction?
