Ppe programming custom changes

I have a ppe standard and i like to put it on lvl 4 every once in a while. I was wondering if it is hard on the truck to go on the custom changes and tell it not to add timing? It still adds fuel...i am not a mechanic so..

2006 Chevrolet ;reg cab long bed; zf6 ; s&b intake; isspro ev2 pillar; ppe standard; junk clutch still debating what to do

And by the way is lvl 4 harmful for even drivin like a gpa? Is having a tuner on at all harmful?

do yourself a favor and leave the de-fueling point alone.
