dmax mafia and I are talking back and forth how he is going to do it. I need to see what materials he uses to build my kit. There is a lot of relocating going on, so its gunna be an issue if you have your egr stil in place.

EGR will be completely gone and a small pedestal will take its place. Its up to you guys if you want to block your up pipe or remove it and cut the arm off. Do not pull the egr until you have something to support the intake! It will allow the the manifold to seperate and blow out the o-rings. It sux!

I'm also working on a water to air intercooler and a ram air intake that should open everything up. I was reading that an air to air intercooler has a 25% pressure drop but a water to air only has a 1% drop. The less air you have to move the the cooler it is. I should have it close to done this weekend.

One more thing the new intercooler set up will replace all the factory plumbing, delete the egr and the intake heater but you will have to replace the intake bridge with an lbz van bridge. I should be able to keep the kit below $900.
